Never Use This Company

RB & AB Trucking was one of the worst consumer experiences I ever had. This included rudeness, aggressiveness, poor communication, and even an ethnic slur.
Some specific details:
-In MA, they were late in picking up the car, by several hours, and they did not call until they were already late.
-I did not have a phone number for reaching the company while the car was on the road, and I had to call someone else to get it.
-The people I worked with had very thick accents and were hard to understand (to give you some context, I am fluent in several languages, and have had exposure to something like 23 languages, including the ones they spoke!)
-They were not clear about the fact that I needed to pay in cash at the time of delivery (when the car was picked up, I gave the initial deposit by credit card) -- (for the record, the company claims that they told me this -- I claim they did not)
-My car was picked up on August 9th in the morning. Originally, it was supposed to arrive in CA on the 20th. They delivered the car on the 23rd, at night, and told me that "there was a problem with the truck" when I asked about it.
-The car arrived absolutely filthy! There was such a morass of insect corpses all over the rear, that a run through a car wash *still* left some dirt.
-When I complained about the state of the car to the person who delivered it, and started noting it on the bill of lading, he got very angry and adopted an aggressive stance and tone
-He actually drove my car to my house, which he was not supposed to do without telling me. I saw about 18 additional miles on the odometer by the time I finally got the car.
-As I mentioned, I was not clear about the cash aspect of the matter. When this became clear to them, and I said that I had an understanding from someone else that I was allowed to pay with a check, they got very aggressive, started shouting at me, uttering profanity, and included an ethnic slur. They decided to take my car with them, but got very upset with me when I demanded that my signature on the bill of lading (acknowledging delivery) get crossed out. The delivery man drove my car off with the tires squealing (down a secondary street, no less), and refused to deliver the car that night even though I was able to go out and get cash within half an hour. They claimed that they had a flight to Florida that night, and said that they were going to leave the car at the airport, and that once I had the cash they would send a tow truck to deliver it. By then, I already had the cash, but they refused to deliver it until the next morning. They also charged me $75 for the tow truck.
-The car arrived on the morning of the 24th, and the driver was earlier than the 8-9 window I was given, arriving at 7:30 AM.
-Though they told me that it would take 10-14 days to bring the car (and that I would probably get it on the 20th), it took them 16 days (since they picked it up in MA in the morning, I am counting that day, as well)
-Though there was a problem with the delivery truck, they did not inform me of this until I asked them, nor were they at all specific with what happened (which leaves me suspecting that they were lying)
