I spoke with Marie Cortelezzi from AutoStar Transport Express LLC. (located in Miami, FL) about picking up our car in LA, California and shipping it to Long Island, New York, pick up was 3/10/2020 with Odometer at 12121 and delivery was 3/19/2020 with Odometer at 12357, yes they had driven our car 236 miles after pickup! Marie would not respond to our calls or emails. Barry Lee from RNT123 Transportation Inc. (located in Westminster, CA) had driven our car 236 MILES!!! After seeing our photo evidence AutoStar Transport Express agreed that RNT123 drove the car the 236 miles but refused to be responsible for the actions of their subcontractor RNT123. We filed complaints with the DOT and Better Business Bureau asking for a $900.00 refund. We'll see what happens. Bottom line we will never recommend AutoStar Transport Express and or RNT123 Transport to anyone. As a word to the wise, Do not used these companies.
