Worst service ever. Don’t use these people. They just want your money and don’t care about customer service. I recently moved my car with them. What a nightmare! First they don’t pick up the car when they say they will. After calling them several times because I was waiting for them to pick up in the time a lot they said they will pick up, they didn’t. Even worse, they did not even pick up that day. I waited till 8pm and finally decided to call them, to my surprise they told me they where backed up. However, no one from this company had the courage to call me. I canceled all my appointments to be there for them and even took the day off to ensure I was available for them in the time window they said they would pick up, well they didn’t. Further they don’t even call you to let you know. My car got picked up the next day. Worst is they don’t apologize. That’s not all. They delivered my car on Memorial Day which is fine but I could not enjoy my day or go anywhere because I needed my car and had to be there. So they screwed my holiday because of there unprofessional lack of good customer service. But wait, there more... My car was delivered to me filthy. No issues, but I looked at the car for damages and did not see any because it was too dirty (mud stains). However to my surprise after they left. I washed the car and noticed the back two rims scratched and even my back edge fender was severely scratched. It clear is was the straps friction. I quickly called them to ensure they knew I identified and mentioned my issue the soonest. This was about 30 minutes later. Anyways, the admin lady said they don’t look at tires or rims so therefore it’s not covered. So what about the damage to the fender, which is part of the body? Well, no too. They don’t look at that either! However they did sign at pick up that my car had no damages. Her answer was the same, they don’t look at rims and fenders. I am not trying to get money from these people, rather do the right thing and fix my car. I was patient a full week and half with no luck. If it’s not me calling they don’t even bother. They are hoping it will go away. I of course will sue them but wanted to let everyone know to BEWARE! Rapid Tow is a rip-off.
