This guy must be related to the Gotti family, his mouth is made out of Teflon. He sounds uneducated and his motor
mouth indicates he is a scammer. The first indication of the scam is that the phone is listed to some auto
salvage in 20th Avenue in Manhattan. Richard does not exist and there is no company in Florida. You will never get
any formal statements and when you request them, he will forward a HTML unreadable format to give the impression
that it's legitimate.

No legitimate company will ask for a deposit is just like fishing scams will ask you to give them your password.
Joe the Scammer is lurking on those sites that you use to get a quote and he tries to low bold you to lure you into
his scheme. If the quote is low, it's too good to be true.

This guy is a sociopath and will steal from his own mother. The best thing you can do is block him and report him to
The New York State Attorney's Office, the New York State Comptroller, Thomss P. Dinapoli , 1888 672-4555 and the ConsumerProtection Agency at dos.ny.gov
