I have shipped a number of cars before. This was the worst company I have ever experienced. Pickup was late. The car was picked up on a Saturday for delivery on a Monday. Monday afternoon I was told it was two hours away. When it didn't arrive Tuesday morning I inquired and was told it hadn't even left. I was then told it would arrive Tuesday night. Wednesday morning I was told it was 30 minutes away. That was three hours ago as of the time I am typing this. The dispatcher's message box is constantly full so it is extremely difficult to contact them. I would never recommend this company and in fact will be filing a FSTA complaint.
