Absolutely HORIFFIC. Been dealing with them for a couple of years. They cost me a deal on a Lincoln shipped from Houston to Atlanta (hardly obscure destinations). That one was only 41 (forty one) days between order and delivery, and they wrecked the other vehicle I bought there. With dozens of broken promises. The deal was for a friend of the owner of the dealership. My boss thought I had lost my mind when I could not produce the vehicle day after day. They lie by saying they have a driver set for 5 days from now. When that time comes, they come up with a reason why that can't happen and milk 4 or 5 more days onto it. And then the game starts again. Needless to say, we lost the deal and the money that goes with it. That was such a horrible experience, I cut off RAT (a very appropriate acronym) for six months. That probably cost them 50-75 transport jobs in that time. I don't think they care. But because they are SOOO convenient to place an order with when buying online at the auctions, I decided to give them a try to see if they had improved. They are so sloppy and incompetent but nothing over about 3 weeks in duration until Ft. Lauderdale. I had a SOLD unit, and ordered transportation on Feb. 26. After 8 changes in ETA, my customer (who now thinks we are incompetent) cancelled the order and the dealership lost a lot of money.....AGAIN. On March 22nd, I went up 4 "levels" of "management" and told them if I didn't have an answer by the 24th, I will never do business with them again. They didn't seem to care, but on the 23rd, they assured me I would have the vehicle on the 24th. Their automated email said I "received" my vehicle on the 24th, and daily until now. It is now the 28th and their email says I received the vehicle on the 24th. After hours of waiting, they can't even tell me if the vehicle was picked up so I could fire them. 32 days later and I can't even get an update. I checked the employee reviews for RAT. They describe the upper management as brutish and unapproachable, that there are half the employees that have twice the workload as well as large amount of favoritism, and very poor pay...no wonder they don't care. Yelp rating: 1 1/2 stars. 1 1/2 too high in my opinion. Dishonest. Incompetent. Uncaring. Unapologetic........in a word NIGHTMARE!
