We had an excellent experience with Red Carpet. Felicia was very prompt in contacting us, and keeping us updated on where the driver was and any other information. She was also very helpful in stopping us from using a company that was essentially a scam by not just telling us, but showing us multiple websites that had shown negative reports. She understood the situation in that the car needed to be moved as soon as possible (being that my husband is a military personal) and found a driver quite quickly. I would certainly recommend Red Carpet to all who have to relocate their vehicle, but do not want to drive it so far away. I would also like to note that the only reason the vehicle arrived a day late was due to the weather; it had snowed too much the day it was supposed to arrive. I definitely would rather the driver be safe than to risk their life just to drop off a car.

It's never too early to make your reservation. And most importantly making your reservation with a company that is an industry leader; such as Red Carpet. Drivers do business with companies they recognize. If the broker you chose has an F Rating...I wouldn't recommend choosing them. I appreciate your confidence in myself; and our drivers.
