I had contracted with another transport company. After 14 days (and a refundable deposit), they still had not scheduled the car for transport. I switched to Able Auto Transport. Was immediately contacted by Becky, the personal account executive, and she was honest, friendly, helpful and responsive. She called me the next day and said she was still looking for a trucker, again keeping me informed of the progress. Three days later (over a weekend), the car was scheduled. The trucker arrived as expected; loaded the car, was polite. The car was delivered to Michigan 5 days later (as expected). The only problem we had was the driver told us he was 2 hours away and would call us. We didn't hear from him until 11 hours later at 10:45 p.m. on a Saturday night. We arranged to have the car delivered the next morning. He was an hour later than he told us, but the car arrived safe and sound.
