I was working with Doug Johnson ( 1-602-428-6875 ext.7059) at Red Carpet and pretty happy with my experience.

Doug quickly found the carrier and forwarded my the information. Two days before scheduled pick up carrier contacted me to inform that they can't pick-up because the truck needs new transmission and the next available pick-up would be two days later. This was not acceptable to me and I started to get worried. But luckily Doug was able to find another carrier who picked up the car same day, so I actually got my car one day earlier.
