UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE!!

Felicia B. was my broker and I think I gave her a run for her money! August 19-25 I was very flexible with the pick up time, but after that it had to be picked up after 5:30 pm or on weekends AND I needed it in AZ no later than 9/13. But to make a short story long, I requested quotes from Transport companies and was BOMBARDED by email, texts and phone calls to the point I thought about just flying to Gulfport one way and driving it back with my daughter. My inordinate fear of being raped and murdered along the way by the latest Serial Killer quickly made me rethink my plans. Sunday August 18th at 3:20pm...an ANGEL called while I was at my computer with a Captain Morgan Coconut Rum and Coke in my hand trying to dull the pain of picking a Transporter out of the HORRIFYING reviews of past customers of other companies. This same car was shipped to MS 1 1/2 years ago and the service was OUTSTANDING but I didn't recall who it was with. Felicia makes you feel like family and cares about your needs and time constraints. I will say my initial quote was 950 from Felicia but I told her I wasn't interested in going with the cheapest quote (725.00) due to irate customers on the reviews of other brokers warned not to do that! I am a Realtor and work another full time job on top of that and didn't want any snags or disasters and I could tell in her voice that SHE was who I needed to get the job done!! I plan on referring Red Carpet Auto to my clients who are moving to the Phoenix Metro area if they are in need of a Transport Co. By the way....later I found my receipt from the last time I shipped this car and it was CASCADE!!!! The owner of Red Carpet OWNS Cascade!!! They are 2 for 2 in my book!! There is indeed an incentive for giving a 5 Star rating, but I would have given a 10 Star rating with NO incentive.
