I found them prompt with answering my calls and knowledge. What you would expect really. What stood out in my mind was the fact that due to where I live they had to deliver to a supermarket parking lot. They arranged this with no issues while also allowing me to set up someone in Virginia to be the person they picked the vehicle up from rather than myself. I have no idea if that is common given this was the first time I had a car shipped. But that they did it so politely and with such little hassle is what stands in my mind.
