This was the first time we had ever had the need to transport a vehicle, so I have to admit I was quite the novice. But from the first time I spoke with Amber, I felt very much at ease. After having spoken with other brokers/transport companies, this was a welcome relief! I was beginning to think that the entire industry consisted of a bunch of crooks. One phone call to Amber was all it took, and believe it or not, within six hours she was calling me back to say she had a truck who could pick up our vehicle from our daughter's house in Los Angeles that very evening! Other companies had told me that it could take quite awhile to find a trucker willing to take a car to Kansas, then if we did find one, they might have to raise the price! Amazing! Unfortunately, we were not prepared for such GREAT service, and could not accomodate the pickup that evening, but within 24 hours, Amber was calling me back with another truck ready to pickup our vehicle ASAP. The driver arrived for the pickup when he said he would, was very polite and professional, and the trip to our home in Kansas went off without a hitch. He called me when he was six hours out, and arrived ontime, almost to the minute, with the delivery. The car was in perfect condition upon arrival. Amber had stayed in touch with me, by phone and email, the entire transaction, and then followed up with me the day after delivery. Red Carpet's price was very competitive, and considering the superb customer service I received, it was QUITE the BARGAIN! No wonder they are accredited by the Better Business Bureau. The next time I need a vehicle transported, I will definitely call Amber at Red Carpet Auto Transport. They are the BEST!
