I was recommended to use this carrier so I did not question the information that I was given. I started out trusting the information that was shared. I week before the move I reached out to determine the pickup day for a specific arrival date and it was provided. Called again several days prior to the pickup date and was told the driver would 2-3 days before. I called back the day before and was told that the driver should call within 1-2 hours but if not call back in 6 hours and they would provide me the driver information. I called back and Stephanie said she was not aware that I had called several times.She stated she would work on it and call back. She did not and I called and left several follow-up messages. I started early the next morning trying to get some information and got the owner, he said. He was rude and hung up on me several times even threatened to call the police if I did not stop calling. I finally connected with Stephanie with good and bad news to report. They located a transported but it would cost another $150 if I wanted my car transported. At this point I was thoroughly fed up as they did exactly what they said other companies did, quoted a price that they could not deliver on. The result is that yes I paid more more money but with another company that was up front and honest. The bottom line here is that even if a company has been recommended check them out.
