I see below good review by one user and it happened exactly same with me. Now my card company is not considering this as fraud as this company has all my information. Wish I had negative stars here. They are not only doing bad customer experience but they are doing fraud openly.

Called multiple times to figure out when my truck would be picked up etc.. gave me no call backs, nothing. Cancelled and used a more reputable company. That was in June 2016. I have now reported them for fraud as they charged my card again in Nov 2016 for the amount I disputed and cancelled for no service. Horrible. Shady. Thiefs. Unethical and just seem to not give a flying shit.
