This 2014 Lexus was involved in an accident on July 9th which was 1 day before final delivery. The SUV was loaded on the rear of the trailer and unfortunately was struck by another motorist on the road causing damage to the back bumper. No fault of the transporter. Reindeer was notified same day of the accident by the driver and requested pictures of the damage before notifying the owner of the Lexus. Pictures were sent next day and the owner was notified at 8:30am Pacific time of the situation. We assisted the owner in finding the most desired body shop in his area. The owner had 2 cars on board which the driver delivered the 2nd car to residence undamaged and took the damaged Lexus to the body shop to expedite the repairs. A rental car has been provided to the customer until all repairs have been made.
