Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your recent relocation and I certainly regret your need to file a claim and your dissatisfaction in the outcome. Unfortunately, there are areas of the vehicle the carriers do not inspect at loading. These areas include the interior, the under body and the mechanical function of the vehicle. As these areas are not inspected, we cannot verify the pre-move condition of these areas. Due to this, we are unfortunately unable to hold the carrier liable for damages to such damages. This information is typical for the industry, and not just a Reindeer specific policy. Additionally, this policy is detailed in the pre-move Load Agreement you signed prior to the transit. Again, we are very sorry for your dissatisfaction in the transit and the outcome of your claim.
