Hello Sir, we are very sorry for your negative experience with the driver. If you could, please contact us with the details of your order so we can find this carrier and go over procedures with him, and possibly terminate our use of that carrier. Additionally, if there is damage to your vehicle, we have an in house claims department who can assist you. Please call 1-800-548-8430 to report any issues. Unfortunately, the carriers do have to load and unload each vehicle during pick ups and deliveries. Additionally, it may be driven at a storage facility for proper placement. 1-2 additional miles added in transit are expected.
