Hello Naji. I apologize for your vehicle arriving with damages and for your frustration over the claims process. It looks like you spoke with one of our Quality Care Specialists about 5 minutes ago. We are currently evaluating your claim and will be back in contact with you very soon. We do apologize, but we must fully evaluate all the information for the damages you claimed on your 2003 Honda Odyssey. The estimate was not provided to us until 7/5, less than 48 hours ago.
