Buyer beware when you call a company during what should be "normal business hours" and you get an answering machine! This company took $170 from my naive husband over the phone as a deposit. At the time it seemed fair that you would need to hold a spot and what not so we handed over our credit card information. Our vehicle was supposed to have been picked up on the 22nd of October 2008 and it never was. Numerous phone calls later (or should I say that we left messages? We haven't talked to a live person since they took our money) we are still out $170 and frustrated. I'm still waiting to hear back from my credit card company as to whether or not my money will be refunded! Be aware that you only have 60 days to send a letter to your credit card company stating why you would like to dispute a transaction!!
