Made a reservation to transport 2 vehicles. The company charged our deposit before contract was signed. We had to leave by a certain date and no carrier and no calls. Ended up scrambling to haul our vehicles ourselves the day that we had to leave Vegas. When I finally spoke to Elijah after arriving at our final destination, I said to him you lied to us. Elijah's comment, "everyone lies". After a couple of days of not hearing anything from him I called back to find out that Elijah was no longer employed there. Left a message with the supervisor, never to be called back. Finally called my bank and got my deposit back. I told this company in the beginning that if the cars could not be picked up by a certain I needed to know. I had no one to leave my cars with, obviously Reliable did not care.
