The people at the company were great over the phone and seemed very professional. My car was scheduled to be picked up between June 2-5. I needed to leave June 6th. They said someone would call 24 hours in advance, but nobody ever called me. I called several times, and was never given a time frame as to when my car would be picked up. The person I spoke to, Brian, told me several times that he would call me back. He never did. He said someone would call within 24 hours to pick up the car. Nobody did. My mom had made the arrangements with him, so she called him to see what was going on. He made up complete lies and told her that he told me the car wouldn't be picked up for a week. Don't be fooled by the low prices. These people are awful liars. He is avoiding all of my calls now.
