If your were stupid enough to put a quote in on the main website and recieved more than 10 quotes from different companies then you probably were lured into the same trap as I. ANGELA convinced me over the rest that their company was better with customer service and that their services provided were the best. I had booked with them and gave my credit card. I had so many companies call that I could not keep them straight. I was on the road when yet another rep from reliable called to book me as if I had never booked with them. Needless to say when I said I had already booked with someone and that I was not sure of they company name I had booked with. I never recieved their paperwork via email and she cancelled me with out me knowing. I had so many unknown numbers on my phone that I had called the wrong company. They were able to look into thier computer and give me the exact name, number and order number with Reliable. Funny SHERRY they lady that called me couldnt find it though to ensure that I was booked with them. When I called them back, they said I was double booked, which wasnt true and that if I signed the form they would work it out and my car would be picked up still on the date originally scheduled. Big mistake on my part. They couldnt get it done. When I realized that they couldnt do as they had stated after I signed and faxed the contract after they sent it to my work email they stated that sorry I signed the contract and now I dont get my deposit back. I get this jerk named REGAN who states that it was all my fault and that I cancelled on them. After I explained what SHERRY had done, it didnt matter. She was so stupid that she couldnt look into the computer and see what a total different shipping company could see...that I was already BOOKED with them and them only. I had to leave the state and ended up driving my car over 1400 miles and now they keep my deposit. ANGELA stated she would refund my deposit and she felt I should which gave me some hope that this company might have some integrity and honesty to them but they dont. She told me that she would talk to her supervisor and have him call me but that didnt happen. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. After reading all the posts on here about them they need to be turned in to higher authorites. If I cant get my refund at least I can do is make them pay for lawyers. Funny enough I think that when a judge get this case and the reviews on here I will win. I work for the goverment and the lawyers are free :)

THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES AND CROOKES!!! IF YOU BOOK WITH THEM BE WARNED!!!
