Despite endless phone calls and emails, to date (June 17, 2016) my refund has not been processed. It's been almost a month. They continued to promise what they could not deliver and after almost 2 months, I gave up and went to another company - who had my vehicle on a truck in less than a week. Worst customer service ever.
