At first I was very nervous about having my 2006 Jetta shipped after read so many scary stories about carshipping online. But there wasnt any choice, I am not brave enough to drive more than 2000 miles alone. Although this truck company is base in the same city as I am, I find Richer Trucking through a broker and of course they charged $150 for hook me up with this truck company. (I wonder if I have found this company myself would I be able to save 150 bucks? but then the broker did a good job and got me the right company, so...)
Ok, back to the car shipping event, broker gave RIcher trucking 's phone number on Mar 20, rightway, I got in touch with Hayley Richer and was told they will pick up the car on thursday or Friday, Ok, that is quick. On Wensday, Got another call asking me if the car can be picked up early on that day, I hesitated but then decided it will be fine. So, we scheduled the pick up on Mar 21st 6PM, and John the driver showed up right on time and picked up the car. And guess what, the car arrived today (Mar. 26th), a little dirty according to my hubby, but safely.
My car shipping was fast, safe, low cost, no damage, What more can I ask? great job! John!
If you are reading this review, I hope u find a truck company without the broker and save yourself a few bucks. But of course, my broker did a good job by matched me to a good truck company.
