Call GODSPEED TRANSPORT if you want a good experience, free of indecision and anxiety. I booked with Road Runner, they took my credit card number, made promises, and I never heard from them again. 6 days later as the moving van was loading my furniture, I made multiple calls (5) to Road Runner. Was placed on hold and every time the call was disconnected after a 5 minute wait. Tried option 2, got a salesperson who promised to get a supervisor, then dropped the call. Next tried option 3 (billing) and got a REAL person. She looked up my account and said a driver still had not been assigned after 6 days, so I cancelled. I called GODSPEED TRANSPORT and they had a driver assigned in 30 minutes!!! My car was picked up the following day and delivered with a smile.
