DISHONEST COMPANY!!! They tried to charge me an extra $100 days before my vehicle was scheduled to be shipped. The supervisor was rude and told me that customer service could not promise me a price (even though it had confirmed that the price would not change if I had moved the shipping date up). He told me that my quote was never confirmed. The supervisor also told me that I would run into the same problem with other companies. I asked whether he meant other companies would promise me one fee and then up charge me an additional $100 right before my shipping date. He said that other companies use the same transporters so they would also charge me the same amount.
If you want good service, please contact Beam Me Up Auto Transport. The owner, Joshua, is honest and will keep his word. He was able to ship my vehicle early and deliver it the same day. AND the price was as promised.
