My experience was 50/50 with this company though because of demand and how the trucking industry vs brokerage firms work I am dumbfounded. I booked two cars. If I had handled the dispatch would have found a truck, yes found a truck, not waited for a truck that wanted to haul one car to a destination and picked up a car on the return; same truck and driver. Anyhow, the car that was priced lower had twice the miles attached and went enclosed by a company in my own back yard. The 2nd car was supposed to go half the miles was priced higher and never picked up. I've been waiting since March 5th since placing the order. Trucks run 7 days a week, but brokers do not. BS. I paid fees for a service that was not rendered to me in return for those fees. Broker has not responded with a refund. One car was picked up and delivered but the other car is still sitting at its origin. I finally had to cancel as the order went beyond the time of the contract. I don't have anything to say about the broker. He was alright and never lied to me as far as I know, and we had pretty good communication but he didn't try hard enough to get me a ride. That's the fault in this as well as not receiving my funds returned on the one vehicle that has not been picked up and returned.
