Beware! This carrier is deceitful, dishonest, evasive and irresponsible. The driver damaged my car then falsified the damage report. Then the company failed to respond to all my requests for a full investigation and to file a claim. To make matters worse, I even got the runaround from this carriers insurance company, Commercial Venture Inc.. They said that the claim had to come from the carrier who wasn't responding. How convenient! These guys suck. They damage my vehicle then lie about it, physically falsify the damage report documents and to top it all off refuse to do the right thing even when they're caught (I compared the original damage report to the final one and the driver had added damage that wasn't there upon loading). I heard to beware of this industry but even the insurance industry that insures this industry is shady and evasive. Do not use this carrier or any carrier that is insured by Commercial Venture Inc. or you will regret it!
