HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ROYAL AUTO TRANSPORT SERVICE WAS THE WORST I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. MOVING MY DAUGHTER CAR FROM CALIFORNIA TO VIRGINIA WAS A TOTAL NIGHTMARE. WE WERE TOLD WE AT THE TIME WE DECIDED TO HAVE OUR CAR TRANSPORTED THAT WE COULD PAY WITH OUR CREDIT CARD. ON THE DAY THE CAR WAS TO BE DELIVERED, WE WERE TOLD WE COULD NOT USE THE CREDIT CARD BECAUSE SOMETHING ABOUT MY DAUGHTER NOT GIVING THEM THE CREDIT CAR INFORMATION, BUT YET WHEN WE CHECKED WITH THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY, THEY SUBMITTED THE 850.00 CHARGED AND THEN CANCELED IT. ROYAL WAS DISHONEST, LIED AND VERY RUDE TO US. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANY FRIENDS OF MINES. I HAD A HARD TIME GETTING THEM ON THE PHONE WHEN I HAD QUESTIONS. THEY IGNORED MY CALLS MY DAUGHTER IS IN THE NAVY AND THEY MADE IT VERY STRESSFUL FOR THE BOTH OF US.
