I barely give bad reviews, but my nightmare started when SAP Transport Inc was assigned to pick-up my vehicle (2009 BMW 651i) from Las Vegas to Minneapolis on January 26, 2020. This dispatch company stated SAP agreed to a contract to transport the vehicle within 5 to 6 days. After this time period, and realizing my vehicle was not delivered, I reached out to SAP on several occasions. The SAP dispatchers told me stories such as the driver was in transit, the bad weather has delayed the delivery and so on. My vehicle was finally delivered on February 6, 2020 with damages (undercarriage damages - photos attached) and in poor condition. Upon arrival, I asked the delivery driver, if he saw the damages, and why he did not wait for me prior to unloading the vehicle unto my driveway; he claims he has no idea about the damages. He even showed me a "Bill of lading" with prior pictures and my vehicle DID NOT have any damages when it was picked up from Las Vegas. We both took pictures of the damages and he advised that I notify SAP. I immediately submitted a claim to SAP Transport Inc. 7 days after the claim I did not receive any calls or emails from SAP. I reached out to the initial dispatch company and they advised I contact the insurance company (AIG) who SAP is insured with. AIG personnel (Dawn. P) processed the claim and came with a decision that they were unable to cover the damages because the deductible is bigger than the damages so SAP needs to take over the claim and process it. As of today (3/2/20), SAP have refused to reach out to me via phone or emails. I have contacted SAP (Dispatchers Kate, and ksenia etc..) via phone and emails and they continue to toss me around saying, the company owners, (Andrew and Ima) are not in the office. Ima is out of the country and Andrew is always out of the office. They company 1st failed to adhere to the contract during delivery and after damaging my car, has a poor customer service and false advertisement on their website. My next move is to ligate SAP transport Inc. My advice is to ensure SAP Transport Inc. is NOT the company who will be delivering your vehicle as they will NOT adhere to contract, NOT trustworthy, has poor delivery and customer service and they are bound to cause damage to your vehicle and will NOT fix it. STAY AWAY from this company.
