We are sorry to hear about your experience. As stipulated in point 12 of our signed terms and conditions, it is clearly stated that SGT functions solely as a broker and not as a motor carrier. SGT holds no obligation for the transportation and delivery of the Customer's freight. Instead, our responsibility lies in coordinating the transportation of the Customer's freight through a motor carrier duly authorized by relevant regulatory authorities. If there are any claims for damage to the cargo, the Customer's recourse is exclusively against the Carrier.
Nevertheless, our company takes claims of damage very seriously, and we consistently offer comprehensive support to our customers. We remain available to address any questions, concerns, or provide further assistance.
