SGT holds no obligation for the transportation and delivery of the Customer's freight. Instead, our responsibility lies in coordinating the transportation of the Customer's freight through a motor carrier duly authorized by relevant regulatory authorities. If there are any claims for damage to the cargo, the Customer's recourse is exclusively against the Carrier. Nevertheless, our company takes claims of damage very seriously, and we consistently offer comprehensive support to our customers.
