These people are unprofessional and lack any knowledge of financial transactions. The vehicle was delivered and the customer did a chargeback on the payment. However, 2 weeks ago we contacted the customer about payment and the customer provided confirmation for payment once again. It's been almost 2 weeks now and SGT keeps telling us that their bank has not received funds. They never communicate, nor with the carrier or the customer, which complained to us about the lack of communication. There is no accountability or remorse about the way this transaction has evolved. I would not recommend this company to anyone, poor operational, financial and customer service skills. When confronted about payment, they lie and start harassing you with threats of ceasing further business. If you still want to work with them I suggest doing COD only as they don't know how to secure billing orders.
