My BMW x5 was to be picked up in Park City, UT around 10/16/2013 to be delivered to Jupiter, FL by 10/23. Car was not picked up until 10/19. Was told due to carrier not being paid for previous delivery. Car departs on 10/19 with driver Fabian. In tracking progress, I find out that the truck and driver were impounded in Council Bluffs, Iowa, but in a secured T/A lot and police have keys to car. Owner of SADA, Tiago, gets to Iowa and car delivered in FL, but late. Had to rent car until Tiago arrives on 10/29, 5 days after scheduled delivery. Upon inspection front hood was damage. Tiago said to get two estimates and he would pay. Sent estimates and never heard from SADA. Had to go to my insurance carrier who will now subrogate against his carrier for $2600. Rating of zero.
