As a mom of a teenager traveling for the first time thru multiple states and never had a problem with her vehicle she broke down in Kentucky... As thoughts race thru ones mind to make sure she is safe we managed to have car towed to nearest mechanic...With the news that the engine blew and a $4000 repair ,I needed other options...With lots of research and a very short window I decided to inquire...With multiple quotes and lots of information overload and panic , I decided to go with Safeway ...I didn't know anything about transporting vehicles or where to even start...Mike explained every step and calmed my nerves and make me feel secure in the decision I was making and assured me everything would be ok...I am so glad I went with Safeway... Great communication and follow thru...When the vehicle arrived they contacted me and finished with excellence...Truly felt to good to be true...We all need this feeling of assurance in this world we live in today...Thanks Mike and to your team!!! Keep on rolling ....
