Upset Customer

We had scheduled for pickup and the pick up was a day later than scheduled. I have transported my cars with different companies and so far this is THE WORSE and UNPROFESSIONAL by far that I ever had to deal with. Pick up late, delivery late, no contact with anyone because no one picked up their phone. And when they picked up the phone, all I would get are smart remarks and rude attitude's. Unbelievable and dishonest company. I wish company's like this would not exist or stop existing and stop bad relations with customers. People, DO NOT USE OR TRUST THEM!!!
