Not a good experiece

I schedule a pick up delivery a little over 2 wks prior to needing my car shipped. When I first spoke with Frank he was very friendly and told me they would need a 1 or 2 day window for picking up my car. I considered this window when scheduling the pick up.

I never heard from him again about a driver or anything. The day my car was supposed to be picked up I called him and he didn't have any specifics for me except there were a couple of drivers in my area and he would have one call me when it was confirmed - this is the day my car was supposed to be picked up. Long story short, three days later I was flying out of town (to move to California) and my car still hadn't been picked up. I called over 15 times in three days, politely, asking for status updates but never got specific information.

On my move date I cancelled the order. They were kind enough to not argue with me when I cancelled the order and to promptly refund my $200 deposit.

THIS CUSTOMER'S VEHICLE WAS SCHEDULED DURING THE WORST STORM OUT OF THE EAST COAST AND THE MIDWEST. WE REFUNDED HER IN FULL AFTER SHE REQUESTED IT.
