I was skeptical about moving my car, and found that some brokers' DOT numbers were not valid and DOT told me by phone they should not be doing business. This company had a valid DOT license with valid insurance and bonding.

This company had very personal service and was available when I called and checked to see how the carrier situation looked each day before a carrier was secured. Samantha also made calls to make sure that my car got picked up at the time I requested and it was dropped off within the requested time frame as well. Samantha gave me a carrier number to call and the phone was answered whenever I called; and the person on the line gave me good information about the delivery time.

The price was a few hundred dollars lower that the other companies; and I believe I got more personal service too (not just a cold caller responding to me at a phone bank!).
