I was moving from Vancouver, BC to White Plains, NY and I planned to drive down to Seattle, hopefully to drop off my car to be transported and then hop on a plane. I had very little room for flexibility even though I tried to get down there nice and early. John was great, he coordinated with a local company so that I could drop my car off at a specific time. He contacted the company to remind them the day before the drop off and checked up on me the day of my flight. It went off without a hitch and my car arrived in New York within the two day window given exactly the way I had left it, dirty but totally undamaged. John even gave me a call a day or two before the car arrived to let me know it would be there soon.
I was terrified of having my car shipped, but John made it painless and I felt totally comfortable and confident with the whole process. Thanks!!
