The very first time I spoke to John Shank I knew this company was TOP NOTCH and needed to look no further. I had called & emailed many others before him, but always felt like I was speaking to just another broker. With John Shank, I felt like I was speaking to a friend (please note, I had never met or spoken to him before).
He took SO much time to fill me in on how the process works. He explained why I was receiving so many different pricing quotes. He made me feel comfortable in the process and stayed an email away through the entire process. When other companies were closed, John Shank answered his phone and emails. When others wanted to charge me up to $300 for using their service, John only charged me $100 flat fee. I honestly don't understand how he could charge so little for the amazing service he provided and attention he gave us.
