My young daughter's car needed to be shipped from our home (parents) to her new assignment across country (Tennessee to a Western state), and I looked around and got a few estimates. My daughter is young and not business savvy. After speaking with the dispatcher? she heard the apprehension in my voice and she broke down the entire process to me. I was confident she was being honest because I am familiar with logistics. I am very happy with the service and the quote was what I paid and it ended up costing them more. They were very respectful. They weren't the cheapest...but you get what you pay for. A+
