I bought a car from a dealership out of state and I had to arrange transportation. I had a very positive experience with Sherpa. I just found them online and read the reviews to make my decision.Three things that made it positive were 1) Found a driver quickly (called on Friday, had a driver available on Monday) 2) Clear price (Not the lowest, but no surprises), 3) Communication, they called me to verify info, price, etc. Sent emails about the driver and next steps. The driver was great, easy to get a hold of, pleasant and professional. My biggest worry going into it was not being able to find a driver quickly and being ghosted and not knowing when my car would arrive (or if at all). I am glad I went with Sherpa.
