This is to express my thanks and appreciation to Ship-a-Car, and particularly Mr Les Grundleger, for the excellent service I received recently when shipping my Nissan from Florida to Washington state. From my first call for information, only, Mr. Grundleger answered all my questions, even the obscure ones like how do you get your drivers and where are you located. He promptly followed my questions up with an email to confirm his answers so as to avoid any confusion. By the third conversation, I was a Ship-A-Car customer and as time proved, that was a good decision.

Throughout all our communication, primarily by phone, Mr. Grundleger responded promptly and never left me hanging. His patience, willingness to share information, and delightful sense of humor made shipping my car simple and easy. And the fact my car arrived on time, undamaged, with courteous drivers and was delivered right to my door, made my Ship-A-Car experience very pleasant indeed from start to finish.
