Les (my contact with Ship a Car) was very helpful and upfront about everything. The driver who transported the car was not very professional (didn't respond when I tried to contact him multiple times), but whenever I called Les, things got done. My rating being Average is a reflection on my experience with the driver (which is not a Ship a Car employee if I understand correctly), but not with Les or Ship a Car Inc.
