DO NOT USE SHIP YOUR CAR NOW - OVER PRICED & POOR SERVICE

When I called to have my BMW 645 shipped from Miami, FL to Austin, TX I was told that SHIP YOUR CAR NOW has its own drivers and is a licensed broker; however, they brokered my vehicle to LAND CAR TRANSPORTATION for $600 shipping and charged me a broker fee of $180. To top it all off SHIP YOUR CAR NOW told me my vehicle will arrive in Austin, TX Wednesday 04JAN12 and the driver Miguel and dispatcher for LAND CAR TRANSPORTATION Michelle told me I will receive my car Saturday 07JAN12. SHIP YOUR CAR NOW is not a 5 star transportation company by any means considering their high cost, poor service and dishonesty. My recommendation is that you save yourself some money and contact an actual transportation company to have your vehicle transported. In addition, SHIP YOUR CAR NOW attempted to have my review removed from TRANSPORTREVIEWS.COM (they did not provide a hard copy sales receipt); however, I have a copy of my sales charge/receipt from USAA and am awaiting a resolution from the Better Business Bureau (BBB). As it turns out there are quite a few negative complaints against SHIP YOUR CAR NOW registered with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). If you use this service do not be surprised if something negative occurs - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Mr Harrison, we sincerely apologize for the delays in the delivery of your vehicle. However, per our terms and conditions: no guarantee of pickup or delivery date can be made. Delays may occur due to carrier schedules, MECHANICAL FAILURE, inclement weather, acts of GOD, and unforeseen circumstances. As per multiple conversations with the contracted carrier Land Carriers INC, they suffered a hydraulic failure on their trailer and had to stop for repairs. Again, we are sorry for the delays you have incurred but we are unable to refund any money for the properly priced transport per our terms and conditions.
