I bought a car in Massapequa Park NY to be delivered to Memphis TN. If I had to do it over again, I would not. It was very difficult to find a truck since all the trucks are taking snow birds from Florida and are getting premium prices. Which, by the way, I do feel that the trucking business did take advantage of my situation. I have had a car shipped before from New Jersey for 1/2 the cost. Could not find truck to Memphis so settled for Nashville but trucker wanted same price. Mike was great in working with me even at late night and kept me updated always which I really appreciated. Everything went as was planned even though I wish we could have found a truck to bring my car all the way to my home city. Thanks Mike for being right there when I need confirmation. Also, the Lexus dealership in NY said the truck driver was very professional which I certainly appreciated. Truck driver was courteous the 2 times I spoke with him.
