Tom at Safe-Direct was excellent! He walked us through the process and answered any questions promptly, whether through phone calls or emails. We wanted to ship the car as soon as possible, and within a few days, he had a carrier lined up for us. The quote came by email with no pressure to book, no annoying phone calls, and we liked the fact that there was no deposit required until a carrier was identified. They picked up the car a day early and it arrived as promised (in 5 days), in the same condition as when it left. We are extremely happy with the service provided by Tom and Safe-Direct. We would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of transporting a car. Tom made the whole process so easy. Thank you Tom and Safe-Direct!
