Communicated with Safe-Direct (Tom), he communicated with the carrier, I sent deposit to Safe-Direct, Tom gave me the name of the driver, I communicated with the driver, Andrei, until he delivered on the 29th of Jan. No hitches. Tom was easy to work with, as I was told prior to contact. I will definitely work with them again. Also, I will refer others to Safe-Direct.
