I was overall very satisfied with the car shipping experience provided by Safe-Direct. David was prompt and explained the business to me and his team also were prompt in following up with me as well as the driver when I couldn't reach the driver and needed a status update.

While my overall experience with David & Safe-Direct was positive, there were a couple negatives having to do with the actual trucking company:

1. The car was dirty inside (i.e. seats were a bit dirty as were the steering wheel and shift knob). Nothing that a quick detail won't take care of but it looked like motor oil or something like that so probably from when the driver moved the car on/off the truck.

2. Tbe car was picked up mostly on time on a Saturday evening (you have to be open to some change in schedule as these guys are driving across the country...). Unfortunately it wasn't delivered on the Friday as scheduled and then they said due to the weekend, they couldn't deliver it because the driver lived in the area or something. I had to rent a car because mine wasn't in town on the scheduled date which was a nuisance but I suppose the nature of the business.

Again, overall I was very satisfied in that my car arrived in good shape (dirt inside not withstanding) and the price was fair.
