I shipped a car from Maryland to my son in Michigan. Tom at Safe_Direct explained every step and made the experience seem pretty easy. The truck driver contacted me as promised, and he went out of his way to accommodate my schedule for the pick up. He delivered the car in perfect shape, on the date promised, and worked with my son to change the drop-off location to a location closer to his job . We called the truck driver several times and he always answered our messages. Overall, we are very pleased with the experience, and will use Safe-Direct again if we ship another car. The convenience is well worth the cost!
