The company was very eager after submitting a quote to get my business which was very reasonably priced compared to other quotes however after placing the order communication was very poor from safe-direct and outsourced transportation company. My sales guy actually called to let me know it had been picked up! Delivery was three days after original delivery date given by transportation company and late at night so was unable to check car over until next day when it would have been too late to do anything.
Overall the car was delivered in one piece and for a reasonable price, just don't expect it to arrive when they say it will.
